Dr. Gary Moats has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for more than 25 years with a passion for preaching God’s Word, making disciples, and shepherding people with biblical truth and compassionate leadership. Throughout his ministry, he has led churches through seasons of spiritual growth, outreach, and discipleship while remaining committed to helping people develop a deeper relationship with Christ.
Dr. Moats earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He also holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University. His ministry philosophy is centered on the Great Commission: loving God, loving people, and making disciples who faithfully follow Jesus Christ.
Gary and Donna have been married for 35 years. They are the proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to three wonderful grandchildren. Donna has faithfully served in public education for more than 25 years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and now as a junior high librarian.

Kevin has served in ministry for over 36 years around the state in Worship, as well as Youth, Senior Adults, Family, and Administration. Kevin attended West Texas State University studying Biology and later attended Texas A&M for graduate school in the area of Genetics. Following graduate school, Kevin worked in the Biotech field in the areas of Genetics, Fermentation Development, and Process Development. During his Biotech carreer God revealed a different plan for his life, and Kevin surrendered to full-time ministry in 1998. Kevin married his bride, Christine Hoggard, in 1988. They have two sons, Joshua & Michael, two daughters-in-law Amber & Bethany, and four adorable grandkids, Ellie, Norah, Hudson and Liam and lots of pictures, just ask! Kevin enjoys cycling, music, and family.
